County Card - Conditions & Restrictions

1 THE HOLDER MUST MAKE CONTACT WITH THE CLUB HE/SHE WISHES TO VISIT AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF ANY INTENDED ROUND TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER PLAY IS PERMISSABLE AND THE AMOUNT OF THE GREEN FEE PAYABLE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY MEAN THAT PLAY IS REFUSED
 
2 This card is not intended for use when the member is playing as part of a society, or for any other group booking (i.e. in excess of four players)
 
3 Play during Weekends, Bank holidays, Club events etc is ENTIRELY at the discretion of the Host Club
 
4 This Card MUST be produced and endorsed by an official of the Host Club BEFORE play is started
 
5 Holders of this card agree to observe and be bound by the Rules & Regulations of the Club being visited
 
6 The name of the club visited should be deleted from the attached list when play is permitted
 
7 The maximum handicaps permitted for holders of this card are Men-28, Ladies-40, Juniors-40

L Not Saturdays or Sundays
M During the period July-September
N During the period August-September
O A Single round only is permitted
P During the period May- September
Q During the period April- September
R Not Tuesdays or Thursdays
S Not the Christmas or New Year period
T During the period April- October
U No play before 3.p.m. April- October
W Only after 10.30 midweek
X 50% of day rate applies
