New Tri-County Card

Discussions are taking place with Devon and Cornwall to create a new County Card (in addition to the existing Somerset Card) covering the 3 Counties - Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Somerset and Devon Unions have trawled their Clubs for support and found that 29 of the 31 Clubs in Somerset and 31 of the 36 Clubs in Devon wish to join the scheme. Those Clubs not wishing to participate will be left off the Card and out of the scheme. The rules for use of the Card and the Cost are still under discussion but it is hoped that these details can be ironed out in time to introduce the Card in 2000. Watch this space for progress.
